Bio
I have been a local of our community since the age of five, attending Berry Public School and Bomaderrry High School. In my clinical work I consider myself an all-rounder. I am interested in the person, and discovering together what it is that you want to get out of therapy.
Treatments I am experienced in include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (trauma focus), narrative therapy, and open dialogue. Rather than delivering a manualised therapy, treatment plans will be flexible and tailored to meet your goals.

I have six years of experience working as a psychologist. Initially, I spent time working at Triple Care Farm (residential rehabilitation for young people). I have worked at other not for profit organisations and in private practice. Prior to becoming a psychologist, I worked in occupational rehabilitation. I am experienced working with a variety of ages. My strength is my ability develop rapport, regardless of who you are and where you come from.
